Right to cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (Markenkoffer GmbH, Junkers-Ring 4, 85098 Großmehring, Germany, office@markenkoffer.de, Phone: +49 (0) 8456-80807-0 of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory. You may also exercise your right of withdrawal online at https://markenkuffer.com/en/pages/vertrag-widerrufen. If you use this online function, we will, without delay, provide you on a durable medium (e.g. by email) with an acknowledgement of receipt containing information on the content of the withdrawal declaration as well as the date and time at which it was received.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
The right to cancel does not exist for the following contracts:
- Contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications, i.e. non- prefabricated goods made on the basis of an individual choice of or decision by the consumer or are clearly personalized.

Voluntary Return Option within 30 Days of Receipt
In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal for consumers, we grant a voluntary return option of a total of 30 days from receipt of the goods, subject to the following terms:
You may return the goods received within 30 days without giving any reason, by sending them back to us. The period begins upon your receipt of the goods. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to dispatch the goods in good time before the period expires.
However, exercising this voluntary return option requires that you have only tried on/tested the goods as you would in a shop, and that you return the goods complete, in their original condition, undamaged, and if possible in their original sales packaging.

Consequences of Return
In the event of an effective return, both parties must return the benefits they have received and, where applicable, surrender any benefits derived from use (e.g. interest). If the goods received and any benefits derived from use (e.g. benefits of use) cannot be returned or surrendered, or can only be returned or surrendered in part or in a deteriorated condition, the customer must compensate the seller for the loss in value accordingly. Compensation for deterioration of the item and for benefits derived from use is only payable to the extent that the deterioration or use results from handling of the item that goes beyond what is necessary to check its characteristics and functioning. "Checking the characteristics and functioning" means testing and trying out the respective goods in the way that would be possible and customary in a shop. Items suitable for parcel shipment must be returned at the seller's risk. Obligations to refund payments must be fulfilled within 14 days. For the customer, this period begins when the item is dispatched; for the seller, it begins upon receipt of the item.
Return Shipping Costs
Where contractual delivery to Germany has been agreed and you make use of the voluntary, contractual right of return, we will voluntarily bear the cost of returning goods with a value of 50.00 euros or more, provided the return is made from within Germany.
You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods if the price of the item to be returned does not exceed 50.00 euros.
For returns of goods delivered abroad, you shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods from abroad.
Return Labels
Without prejudice to your statutory rights, we will provide you with return labels for your return shipment within Germany. We will send you a link for a return label for this purpose. You can drop off the return at a parcel shop of the respective provider in Germany.
The statutory right of withdrawal applicable to consumers is not affected by compliance with the rules on the additional contractually granted right of return and remains in effect independently of it. Both the aforementioned right of withdrawal and other statutory warranty rights remain unaffected by the aforementioned provisions regarding the voluntary, contractually granted right of return.
